Mindfulness practice for general wellbeing

Mindfulness practice can just be for pure enjoyment and for meditation practice. It does not need to be therapeutic or to be for stress and anxiety reduction.  Many people use mindfulness as a specific daily practice, enjoying the benefits of developing clarity of thought, continuing to increase emotional wellbeing.
